New York State of Mind - Friday
Ahhh, the anticipation!  Most of us came in on Friday so this was the first time some of us had ever met.  Sure, we'd "talked" electronically, but we were all excited about our first "get-together".  So, that Friday night, 6 of us - Ildi, Diana, Ilona, Sue, Juanita and Liz all went out on the town.  A couple of us met up with Anne and her friend for drinks, since she already had prior plans. We wouldn't meet the rest of the crew until tomorrow.  We were awed by all the lights and hubbub going on at Times Square, but hurried along to find a nice place for dinner.  We found a quiet Irish pub to eat, where we got to know each other and discuss the next day's events.  Below are some pictures from Friday night!
